Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Hands-on experience with CAD/PLM tools
Familiarity with GD&T, tolerance stack-up, and design documentation standards
Problem-solving mindset and comfort working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
Experience level ranging from recent graduates to engineers with 10+ years leading design programs

Nice To Haves

Master's a plus for senior-level roles

Responsibilities

Design, analysis, and development of mechanical systems and components
CAD modeling and design validation (SolidWorks, CATIA, Creo, or similar)
Structural, thermal, or fluid analysis (FEA/CFD)
Prototyping, testing, and design verification
Cross-functional collaboration with electrical, systems, and manufacturing engineering teams
Design for manufacturability (DFM) and production support
