Mechanical Engineer Manager
About The Position
The Mechanical Engineering Manager will be part of the Sabre Mechanical Engineering team for the WETS Product Group. The primary responsibility is Mechanical Engineering management for the Sabre Electrofill product. This role involves direct supervision of a team of Mechanical Engineers engaged in various responsibilities including PDR program engineering, CIP development, design changes tied to customer requests (NSRs), escalations and failure analysis, and direct engineering support for manufacturing, suppliers, and the field. The manager will also interface with controls and software engineering, Global Product Support (GPS), product management, process engineering, and supply chain.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 4-6 years of direct supervisory experience
- Significant experience leading and directing teams, without a direct supervisory role, will also be considered
Nice To Haves
- 5 years experience managing a Mechanical Engineering team responsible for semiconductor equipment development and support
