Expertise in product engineering.
A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
7+ years of experience in mechanical engineering with proficiency in a variety of technical disciplines and leadership.
Proficiency in MS Office, and SolidWorks, and comfortable with a variety of hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

Take command of multiple product lines as an Engineering Manager, acting as a pioneer in the field, while guiding and mentoring a dedicated team of 5-10 product engineers.
Oversee new product research and development projects, with a keen focus on optimizing design for manufacturing and processing. Own the entire lifecycle from conceptualization to market release and beyond.
Utilize your expert knowledge to integrate innovative new features, assess the competition, resolve complex production issues, develop expectations, and ensure adherence to standards across multiple production departments.
Drive process refinement and cost reduction efforts. Analyze ROI for projects and use your project management skills to lead projects to successful completion.
Excel in conveying complex technical concepts to a diverse audience, facilitating cross-departmental collaboration, and leading discussions to foster a team-oriented environment for continuous product innovation and alignment on development goals.
