About The Position
LaBella Associates is seeking a Mechanical Engineer Intern for its Building Engineering Division during the summer of 2027. The division provides building engineering services, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural engineering. The intern will gain hands-on experience and contribute to projects at different stages, including feasibility studies, design, and construction administration, under the guidance of experienced professionals.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and meet deadlines.
Nice To Haves
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or Revit is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist with preparing drawings, specifications, and reports.
- Assist with field work and documenting existing conditions.
- Assist with calculations and analysis for design purposes.
- Work collaboratively with a team of engineers and designers.
- Support project documentation and organization.
