About The Position

We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer 2 to join our team. This role involves concept design and part modeling using Creo, as well as stress and life analysis. The successful candidate will support Senior Engineers in completing design tasks and may take on additional responsibilities based on experience and performance. This position is ideal for someone with a genuine interest in entry-level engineering duties and a desire to grow within the field.

Requirements

• BS in Mechanical Engineering – relevant (Manufacturing, Automotive)
• 2-4 years of experience
• Creo 3D modeling (and specifically Creo, not another modeling software)
• Reading technical drawings & prints
• Mechanical design experience
• Proficient in Creo Simulate FEA
• Experience in steel or iron casting design
• APQP knowledge
• Practical / hands-on experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

• Masters must still have 2 years of experience
