This role is in Madison, PA just southeast of Pittsburgh near New Stanton. This will work in a hybrid capacity. Please note relocation assistance is not provided for this position.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering Required (other engineering disciplines will Not be considered for these positions).
Nice To Haves
- Working knowledge of FEA and ANSYS is a plus but not required
Responsibilities
- Design activities which may include coordinating installation, fabrication, testing and qualification of new repairs or replacements
- Apply engineering techniques to assess and qualify pressure boundary components and internals to address degraded or deviations in existing operating conditions and provide recommended resolutions.
- Develop technical solutions to address complex problems
- Perform engineering calculations to support equipment and process designs
- Meet project commitments, schedules, and project budgets.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare technical reports and present technical information.
