As a Mechanical Technician, you will be required to perform routine predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance and repairs for conveyor equipment, production equipment, and support facility operations to minimize downtime. As an Electrical Technician, you will be required to perform routine calibration, preventive maintenance, and repairs to facility equipment, production equipment, and utilities to support facility operations. This role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining mechanical and electrical equipment, including controls, instruments, and electronic components. You will also be responsible for monitoring equipment, collecting operational data, and assisting engineers in diagnostic analysis. The position requires the ability to read schematics, develop operating procedures, and train other employees. Adherence to food safety regulations, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), HACCP, and Food Defense, is critical. You will also be responsible for the proper use of maintenance chemicals, maintaining MSDS information, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards (OSHA, USDA/APHIS, FDA, etc.). The role may require overtime, weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
