About The Position
The client is located in Pearland, TX and has an immediate need for a Mechanical Designer. This is a contract to possible perm role and must be worked on site.
Requirements
- Minimum, 2+ years of Mechanical design and drafting experience
- Proficiency using Autodesk Inventor and Vault required
- Understanding of metal forming and finishing fabrication
- Knowledge of dimensioning and tolerances
- Ability to pass drug screening and background check
Responsibilities
- Transposing hand sketches into computer generated drawings
- Measuring and sketching parts plus assemblies
