About The Position

This role is for a Mechanical Designer I responsible for creating three-dimensional models of Wet Processing Tools based on approved schematics. The designer will generate shop drawings for manufacturing and vendors, and work as part of a Project Design Team to meet project timelines and customer/company requirements. The position requires a high level of professionalism, integrity, and teamwork, with a focus on delivering quality service.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Drafting & Engineering Graphics Technology or 3 years drafting and 3D modeling experience
• Working knowledge of Solidworks 3D modeling practices and ability to produce 2D shop prints
• Excellent interpersonal, sales techniques and project management skills.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office Applications
• Must be able to work in a highly functioning team environment.

Responsibilities

• Complete three-dimensional models of Wet Processing Tools, based on approved Plumbing and Electrical Schematic design.
• Generate required Shop Drawings needed to release package to Manufacturing and Vendors.
• As a member of a Project Design Team, meet all timelines and Milestones required to satisfy customer and company requirements.
