About The Position

Responsible for creation and maintenance of part models, drawings, and attributes across PLM and ERP systems. This role involves managing the ECN process, modifying part models, creating and updating drawings and labels, managing Bills of Material, updating user manuals, supporting Sales/Marketing requests, creating rendered images, and developing technical documents. The position requires a high degree of attention to detail, accuracy, self-direction, dependability, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong cross-functional communication skills using Microsoft Outlook and Teams are essential.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in drafting, CAD, engineering technology OR relevant experience
  • Knowledge of mechanical design principles and manufacturing processes
  • Strong math and technical drawing skills

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Autodesk Design Suite, and Microsoft D365
  • Proficiency in GD&T

Responsibilities

  • Manage ECN process for current and development products across Autodesk Vault and Microsoft D365 platforms.
  • Modify part models using Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD.
  • Create and update part drawings and labels using Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD.
  • Create and manage Bills of Material.
  • Update and maintain user manuals for new and existing products.
  • Support requests from Sales/Marketing for reference or advertisement materials.
  • Create rendered images using Autodesk 3ds MAX software or Autodesk Inventor.
  • Create technical documents and instruction literature.
  • Administer Autodesk licenses for the company and liaise with software providers as needed.
