About The Position

Advance CNC Machining is seeking two highly competent Mechanical Design Engineers to join their growing $20 million company. The company specializes in producing high precision machined parts for customers across various industries, including equipment manufacturers, food, drug, aerospace, and defense. This role is crucial for keeping up with rapidly rising demand and requires an individual who embodies efficiency, ownership, and integrity. The Mechanical Design Engineer will be responsible for providing accurate designs and analysis, modeling accountability, resourcefulness, and humility, aligning with the company's culture. The position is based in Grove City, Ohio, with a salary of $85,000 DOE.

Requirements

• Advanced Knowledge of mechanical engineering gained from a bachelor’s degree or other education and experience.
• Ability to learn quickly and excel at problem solving
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Knowledge from relevant experience, such as manufacturing, inspection, machine design, controls systems, and project management

Responsibilities

• Analysis of sample parts and machinery
• Interpretation of technical design information
• Design of parts and mechanical assemblies as per customer requirements
• Creation of CAD models, engineering drawings, and inspection plans for manufacturing
• Collaboration with customers, vendors, and other team members
