About The Position

Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a Mechanical Design Engineer. This is a Full Time Contract position with a duration of 06 months, located in Tulsa, OK, 74115. As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing small components and assemblies using CAD software, supporting engineering efforts for sensor, electronic, electromechanical, or optical systems, and creating and modifying 3D models, drawings, and documentation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development and production needs, and apply engineering fundamentals to meet design requirements and timelines.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of mechanical design experience
• Proficiency in Siemens NX
• High experience with at least one CAD platform: SolidWorks, CATIA, or Creo
• Understanding of mechanical design principles and manufacturing considerations
• Bachelors Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior related experience.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)
• Exposure to design for production or production line support
• Basic knowledge of shock, vibration, or stress analysis
