Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience with 3D design software, AutoDesk Inventor preferred.
• Experience in an automated manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Experience with Finite Element Analysis and Static Structural environment is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Designing custom Rockland products using 2D and 3D software (ACAD and AutoDesk Inventor).
• Evaluating and improving manufacturing methods through jigs/fixtures, tooling, and other advanced manufacturing techniques.
• Assuring product quality and capability.
