Our team is passionate about automation powered by innovation! We’re seeking a hands-on leader to oversee the mechanical build and installation of complex machine tool systems. As our Mechanical Build Supervisor, you’ll act as a subject matter expert, guiding assembly teams through daily operations with clear communication, coaching, and technical know-how. You’ll assign tasks based on team strengths and project priorities, ensure accurate time tracking in our ERP system, and foster a collaborative, accountable work environment. From troubleshooting mechanical issues to developing procedures and training plans, you’ll be at the center of driving quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement. Requirements

3+ years leading and supervising toolmakers, machine builders, or similar skilled professionals
Background in integration of automated assembly systems with specific knowledge of mechanical and electrical build requirements.
Expertise in process improvement, lean manufacturing, and quality systems.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel to sites in USA, Canada and Mexico.

Nice To Haves

Weld systems knowledge is a plus.
