About The Position

Requirements

Proficiency in BIM and CADD software (Autodesk Revit, Plant 3D, AutoCAD and Recap)
Interest in emerging technologies
Strong visualization skills and attention to detail
Ability to work and communicate effectively in collaborative team settings
Ability to interpret written, verbal, and visual direction

Nice To Haves

3+ years of experience in mechanical drafting and modeling preferred
Experience in construction and related trades will be beneficial
Related degrees or certifications desired

Responsibilities

Assist in designing world-class projects using state-of-the-art technologies.
Model HVAC and plumbing system layouts.
Produce plan sheets, elevations, and sections.
Visualize complex systems to ensure seamless coordination across disciplines.
Recognize spatial conflicts and help optimize designs.
Curate and maintain our BIM and CADD library, ensuring seamless access to essential resources and support files.
