About The Position

Renowned for our cutting-edge Induction Cap Sealers and Surface Treating equipment, we take pride in driving innovation and setting market standards. We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team in the role of an Assembler.

Requirements

A minimum of one year of experience in mechanical assembly, military, or construction.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering blueprints.
Intrinsic motivation to work productively, efficiently, and prioritize duties effectively.
Proven ability to meet deadlines within a dynamic production environment.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
Capability to work independently while maintaining a high level of quality.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with supervisors and team members.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of production use of an ERP System particularly Epicor ERP is advantageous.
Prior experience in electrical pallet jack or forklift operations being advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

Work from blueprints and CAD drawings in both Metric and Customary (US) units to ensure accurate parts before initiating the assembly process.
Mechanically assemble corona treaters - a low volume and highly customizable product with some electrical wiring of components.
Adhere to the highest quality standards throughout a multi-day assembly process per unit.
Ensure accurate tracking of work hours and material usage by diligently clocking in and out, reflecting precise labor time and material utilization in the ERP system.
Organize and stock parts in the warehouse systematically adhering to part location.
Conduct quality control checks on components and final assemblies.
Contribute to positive changes that elevate the efficiency and effectiveness of departmental operations and improvement of the safety and quality of work content through the continuous improvement processes.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
