About The Position

The Mechanical Assembly Tech will be responsible for obtaining certifications in J-STD and ESD, maintaining effective documentation for quality assurance, and ensuring a neat and tidy work area. This role requires consistently meeting quality and production goals, following assembly procedures from work instructions and engineering drawings, and communicating effectively across all organizational levels. The technician will collaborate with OE, QE, and ME teams to establish and improve quality targets, measure TAC and cycle times to meet customer demand, and complete daily logs for downtime, scrap, and production.

Requirements

  • Communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to read, understand and apply knowledge gained from work instructions
  • Ability to work in an empowered team-work based organization
  • Basic mechanical skills – work with hand tools
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  • 1 to 3 years of Mechanical Experience is required.
