Requirements

Strong attention to detail is essential for accurately assembling components and ensuring product quality.
Good hand-eye coordination and dexterity will assist you in handling tools and parts effectively.
A solid understanding of mechanical principles and the ability to read blueprints and technical specifications is vital for performing tasks accurately.
Communication and teamwork skills are important, as collaboration with your colleagues will enhance productivity and problem-solving.

Nice To Haves

Experience in PCBA or electronics manufacturing preferred
IPC training or knowledge preferred

Responsibilities

Assembles hardware components on printed circuit boards.
Follows BOMs, production drawings, sample assemblies, and verbal instructions regarding duties to be performed.
Assembling components according to detailed specifications and blueprints.
Operate various tools and machinery to ensure precise assembly while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Inspecting finished products for defects and making necessary adjustments or repairs.
