About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Assembler to support final assembly and hydrostatic testing of equipment used in the oil and gas industry. This role is critical in ensuring product quality, safety, and performance before equipment is released for service. In this role, you will be responsible for final assembly work and hydrostatic testing of components such as valves, pipelines, and related equipment. You will work closely with the assembly team to ensure all products meet strict engineering and safety standards.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and specifications
Strong understanding of quality and safety standards
Strong attention to detail and quality focus
Good problem-solving and troubleshooting ability
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

Nice To Haves

Technical certification or vocational training preferred
Experience in mechanical assembly, preferably in oil & gas or industrial environments

Responsibilities

Perform final assembly of components including valves, pipelines, and oil & gas equipment
Conduct hydrostatic testing to verify product integrity and performance
Inspect components for defects and verify compliance with engineering specifications
Identify, document, and report any non-conformances or issues
Follow and enforce all safety procedures during assembly and testing
Participate in safety meetings and support a strong safety culture
Collaborate with team members to maintain quality and production goals
