About The Position

We are currently looking for 1st shift Assemblers to join our Little Chute, WI location. The schedule is Monday-Thursday from 5:00 am to 3:00 pm. This position may be subject to export control regulation if located in the Little Chute, WI facility. Unless an exemption applies, candidates must be a U.S. Person or obtain an export control license. U.S. Persons include U.S. citizens, U.S. nationals, U.S. permanent residents, or protected individuals lawfully admitted for temporary residence in the U.S. as a refugee or asylee.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of varied manufacturing experience in Mechanical Assembly
• Bend and lift, loading and unloading workpieces onto pallets, and move from one workstation to another, alternately sitting and standing
• Perform repetitive work more than 9 hours per day
• Ability to quickly learn new blueprints and perform all necessary measurements
• Hand/power tool skills (Drill, Adjustable Wrenches, Pliers, Hammers, screwdrivers, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Prepares work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, and parts lists, gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials.
• Organizes parts and subassemblies for an efficient assembly process.
• Verifies specifications by measuring completed components/products.
• Resolves assembly problems by altering dimensions to meet specifications; and notifying supervisor to obtain additional resources.
• Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; and verifying receipt of supplies.
