About The Position
PDS Tech Commercial, Inc. is hiring Mechanical Assemblers for an industry-leading company in Richardson, TX. This role offers a choice between a 4-day weekday schedule or a 3-day weekend shift. The pay rate ranges from $19 to $22 per hour, depending on experience and shift. The position is located in Richardson, TX.
Requirements
- Minimum 6+ months of mechanical assembly experience.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (required & verified).
- Strong attention to detail, basic computer literacy, and ability to work in a team.
- Comfortable standing, material handling, and doing repetitive tasks in a manufacturing setup.
- Background check and drug screening required.

Responsibilities
- Assemble custom test fixtures, rack-mount cabinets, and specialized manufacturing equipment.
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, and customer specifications.
- Use hand and power tools to complete assemblies and inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
