About The Position

Assembler - Training Provided We are looking for dependable people who are detail-oriented, comfortable working with their hands, and willing to learn. You do not need extensive manufacturing experience to succeed in this role. Hands-on training provided in a clean, team-oriented manufacturing environment. The products built by this team support advanced medical imaging technology used by healthcare professionals around the world. Every assembly you complete contributes to equipment that helps clinicians diagnose injuries and illnesses. Your quality work is an integral part.

Requirements

  • Comfort performing hands-on and repetitive work
  • High school diploma, GED/HSE, or at least one year of work experience
  • Basic computer skills
  • Mechanical aptitude or familiarity with basic hand tools
  • Must be able to sit, stand, kneel, bend, lift, push/pull up to 50#
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. is a precondition of employment.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous manufacturing, assembly, mechanical, or electrical experience is helpful, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble mechanical, electrical, and optical components
  • Follow detailed work instructions and established processes
  • Use small parts, hand tools, and computer-based documentation systems
  • Inspect your work for accuracy and quality
  • Work with team members to meet production goals
  • Learn new processes through training and coaching
