Requirements

  • Typically requires a HS Diploma or GED
  • Minimum Of 1 Year Experience In Mechanical Assembly Or Related Field
  • Ability To Interpret And Understand Technical Drawings And Instructions
  • Knowledge Of Basic Hand And Power Tools, Including Torque Wrenches And Pneumatic Tools
  • Strong Attention To Detail And Ability To Work Efficiently In A Fast-Paced Production Environment

Responsibilities

  • Assemble and test critical components for the A320 Neo program.
  • Follow detailed instructions and blueprints to ensure accurate assembly of parts.
  • Utilize mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during assembly.
  • Maintain a high level of precision and attention to detail while working on complex and intricate components.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while working with machinery and tools.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of assemblies.
  • Keep accurate records of assembly processes and any issues encountered.
  • Continuously monitor and maintain the quality of assembled components.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding any updates, issues, or concerns.
  • Keep work area clean and organized to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Adapt to changes in assembly processes and procedures as needed.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the company.
  • Strive for continuous improvement in assembly processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
