About The Position

Comprehensive Energy Services, Inc. (CES) is seeking a Mechanical and Plumbing Project Manager to lead multi-million-dollar projects in the commercial, healthcare, and industrial sectors. CES is a leader in Design, Build & Maintain mechanical contracting and plumbing, delivering advanced HVAC solutions. This role involves managing projects from start to finish, supervising a team, and driving results while fostering strong client relationships.

Requirements

• 5+ years in mechanical construction project management
• 2.5+ years in a supervisory role
• Proven knowledge of HVAC systems and mechanical piping
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• A drive to mentor others and elevate team performance
• A valid Florida driver's license (and insurability)

Nice To Haves

• Construction Management or Mechanical Engineering degree preferred (or equivalent experience)

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple mechanical and plumbing construction projects, from kickoff to close-out.
• Supervise and mentor a team of Project Engineers.
• Review contracts, create budgets, develop schedules, and drive timely, on-budget delivery.
• Work with field teams to ensure quality, compliance, and safety.
• Build strong client relationships and represent CES in a business development capacity.
• Spearhead change orders, procurement, billing, and more.
