The primary purpose of this role is to be responsible for the installation, operation, and maintenance of all natural gas liquid processing plants or facilities with significant complexity. This includes the installation, operation, and maintenance of all gas/liquid pipeline, terminal, pump, and compression related facilities. The role requires ensuring the cost-effective and efficient performance of all gas and liquid processing units and associated equipment, monitoring product quality, and managing product transfer to storage or through the pipeline system. Communication with control centers, business groups, shippers, landowners, and public officials is essential. The position also involves identifying and correcting safety and environmental concerns, overseeing third-party activities, and completing appropriate documentation. The Mechanic must actively participate in safety and security programs, contribute to the development of operational procedures, and demonstrate a commitment to operational excellence. They will interact with a wide variety of people professionally and maintain dependable attendance and high performance. This role requires availability for rotating shifts, non-traditional hours, and weekend callouts, with a strong emphasis on personal and company asset safety.
