About The Position

Allegiance Crane & Equipment is hiring a mechanic to service mobile cranes and equipment at its Beaumont, Texas location. The role involves diagnosing and repairing company equipment, including cranes, haul trucks, pickups, and support equipment. The mechanic works independently across the repair process, from diagnostics and research through repair, testing, and inspection. The position also involves coordinating technical and parts support, repairing parts, welding, and operating equipment needed for repairs. Pay is competitive and based on experience, with the opportunity to work many hours.

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience repairing and servicing cranes is preferred.
At least 5 years of experience with diesel and heavy equipment repair is required.
Strong team player.
Able to drive a vehicle for local travel.
Able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

Experience working on different types of mobile crane equipment, including RTs and ATs.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair company equipment, including cranes, haul trucks, pickups, and support equipment.
Perform diagnostics, research, repairs, testing, and inspections independently.
Locate and develop technical support with manufacturers as needed.
Locate and develop parts support and identify parts to outsource through third parties for cost control.
Repair parts, weld, and operate equipment as needed during the repair process.
