At Liftow, you'll manage your work with a high degree of autonomy. As a Road Service Technician, you will efficiently plan your travel, organize customer appointments, and ensure professional follow-up on service calls. Requirements

3 to 5 years of experience as a forklift mechanic, heavy equipment mechanic, truck mechanic, automotive technician, or road vehicle mechanic.
Independence, resourcefulness, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage their schedule and effectively prioritizing service calls.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Professional and courteous customer service.
Clear communication with customers and team members.
Strong commitment to responsibility and safety.
Hold a valid driver's license.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Toyota products is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

Visit customers throughout your assigned territory to perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
Efficiently organize your workweek and travel schedule based on customer needs and priorities.
Represent Liftow professionally and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Ensure equipment is returned to service quickly and safely.
Diagnosing mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic issues.
Using specialized diagnostic tools, software, and technical manuals.
Reading and interpreting electrical and wiring schematics.
Performing high-quality repairs while adhering to safety standards.
Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional work environment.
