We are looking for experienced mechanics who enjoy solving problems, working independently, and building trusted relationships with customers. At Liftow, you'll manage your work with a high degree of autonomy. As a Road Service Technician, you will efficiently plan your travel, organize customer appointments, and ensure professional follow-up on service calls. This position will allow you to put your skills to work while benefiting from the trust and support of an experienced team.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience as a forklift mechanic, heavy equipment mechanic, truck mechanic, automotive technician, or road vehicle mechanic.
  • Independence, resourcefulness, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage their schedule and effectively prioritizing service calls.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Professional and courteous customer service.
  • Clear communication with customers and team members.
  • Strong commitment to responsibility and safety.
  • Hold a valid driver's license.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Toyota products is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Visit customers throughout your assigned territory to perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
  • Efficiently organize your workweek and travel schedule based on customer needs and priorities.
  • Represent Liftow professionally and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Ensure equipment is returned to service quickly and safely.
  • Diagnosing mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic issues.
  • Using specialized diagnostic tools, software, and technical manuals.
  • Reading and interpreting electrical and wiring schematics.
  • Performing high-quality repairs while adhering to safety standards.
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional work environment.
