This role involves inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing mechanical defects and failures in a variety of golf course maintenance equipment, including diesel, electric, and gasoline-powered vehicles and machinery. The position also requires maintaining detailed records of equipment, parts, repairs, and preventive maintenance. Responsibilities extend to ensuring compliance with Federal, State, and County codes and regulations related to construction, repair, installation, fire safety, sanitation, and waste management. The role includes training and equipping engineering personnel, maintaining and servicing HVAC equipment, and performing electrical and mechanical work independently. Additionally, the position requires participation in emergency response drills, knowledge of facility layout and systems, routine rounds to identify operational issues, and maintaining adequate inventory for job assignments. A critical aspect is the immediate reporting of any Internal Control or State Regulation violations related to gaming activities to the IGC Agent, Security, and Supervisor on Duty, in accordance with the company's Self-Reporting Policy. Miscellaneous duties as assigned are also part of the role.
