About The Position

We are seeking experienced Mechanics in Reidsville, NC! This role will complete PM and Service requests in a timely manner with excellent workmanship, provide mechanical support to the operations team as needed, and perform mechanical work with minimal direction or assistance. The mechanic will be accountable for parts used from the storeroom to ensure parts inventory accuracy, share knowledge with team members to help develop and strengthen the department, and utilize the CMMS system for parts look-up, entering, and closing orders. This position requires being on call and willing to work overtime when needed to support operations.

Requirements

• Seasoned and experienced mechanic with a minimum of 7 years of mechanical experience in manufacturing environment
• Able to troubleshoot, repair, and replace the following: motors, pumps, bearings, drive rollers, belts, fuses, relays, gearboxes, valves, etc.
• Prior forklift, scissor lift, and industrial truck experience.
• Prior experience repairing and/or replacing large conveyor belts.
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 7 years of mechanical experience in manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical background

Nice To Haves

• electrical experience is a plus
• Welding experience preferred, not required.
• Prior experience with CMMS system preferred.
• Prior recycling manufacturing experience preferred, not required.
