Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Technical training in a health-care environment and in equipment and utilities.
- Valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
- Six years of maintenance experience, or a comparable combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge of safety codes.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Ability to use hand and power tools.
- Ability to maintain records.
