About The Position

Volt is immediately hiring multiple 1st and 2nd shift Mechanics in San Diego, CA. As a Mechanic, you will tear down and rebuild turbine engines from the ground up, use a variety of hand tools and power tools throughout the day, and install and de-install components and parts using wrenches and other hand tools. This is a full-time, temp to hire opportunity.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of Mechanic skills – experience turning wrenches
• Strong knowledge of hand tools and power tools
• Aviation Mechanics, Auto Mechanics, Diesel Technicians or anyone with strong experience working on engines is ideal
• Must be able to pass a 7-year criminal background check and drug test, as well as E-Verify.
