About The Position

This role performs inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on RMC plant equipment and components to ensure safe, reliable operation. It involves conducting preventive maintenance, identifying potential equipment issues proactively, and collaborating with team members to prioritize work orders and maintain workflow efficiency. The mechanic will utilize tools, diagnostic systems, and technical documentation to complete repairs accurately and maintain detailed service records while adhering to all safety standards and procedures.

Requirements

• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to diagnose and repair mobile equipment.
• Capability to interpret technical manuals and use diagnostic tools effectively.
• Strong commitment to safety practices and equipment reliability.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills within a team setting.
• Must be 18 years of age or older to apply.
• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.

Responsibilities
