About The Position

The Mechanic Tech II is responsible to clean, teardown, inspect and troubleshoot hydraulic cylinders and associated assemblies. This person must then legibly and accurately write up work scopes for repairs as well as use I-Pads to capture information and upload to computer servers. It is then this person’s responsibility to properly mark and distribute components to the designated areas. This person must be able to perform necessary assembly and testing of cylinders with little or no supervision. This person will train employees at the lower tech level. This person will work with minimal supervision. This individual must demonstrate a strong commitment to L&H values and safety processes. We conduct pre-employment drug testing, FJA (functional job analysis and a background check.

Requirements

  • 18 years or older
  • 3 years’ experience in a mechanical environment
  • Safety oriented
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office products
  • Willingness to learn
  • Team player

  • Sign-on bonus dayshift - $2000 (50% paid on first check and 50% paid in 90 days upon completing successful employment)
  • Sign-on bonus nightshift - $3000 (50% paid on first check and 50% paid in 90 days upon completing successful employment))
