Requirements

High School diploma
Valid state-issued Driver License and acceptable driving record
Desire to learn about different fleet mechanics
Strong ability to follow established procedures and practices and read instruction.
Strong commitment to health and safety guidelines.
Strong problem-solving ability.

Nice To Haves

Willing to obtain CDL for test driving purposes
Ability to lift 50 pounds
Good communication skills

Responsibilities

Providing general shop help to the Mechanics while learning about fleet maintenance.
Monitoring work orders and shop tools.
Transporting vehicles.
Stocking and maintaining parts for repairs.
Cleaning and maintaining equipment as directed.
Operating equipment or vehicles that they are performing maintenance or repairs on.
