Requirements

A valid Level I A&P Certificate is required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Proven problem-solving and organizational abilities are necessary.
Sound judgment must be exercised when collaborating in team settings and ensuring aircraft maintenance and safety.
Familiarity with base operations and the ability to read and comprehend Company and Manufacturer Manuals are expected.
A minimum of two years' sheet metal experience is required.

Nice To Haves

For Accessory shop, experience is preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

Responsible for making critical decisions related to aircraft safety promptly and effectively.
Accountable for maintaining proficiency in all documentation and paperwork, including parts documentation.
Required to read and comprehend aircraft drawings.
