Requirements

Experience repairing and servicing compact construction equipment (skid steers, mini excavators, telehandlers, and more)
Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and get machines back to work quickly
Customer-first attitude – our technicians are the face of our service
Team players who are ready to step in and keep projects moving

Responsibilities

Perform complex diagnostics and repairs on compact construction equipment (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems).
Handle routine maintenance to keep our rental fleet in “ready-to-work” condition.
Use computer-based diagnostic tools to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently.
Keep detailed repair and maintenance records and manage work orders.
Mentor and collaborate with teammates across Parts, Service, Sales, and Rental.
