About The Position
The Mechanic (Avionics) assists mechanics with the repair or alteration of articles. The role requires following safety procedures, maintaining a clean and neat work area, and communicating in English. Work is performed primarily in a construction or maintenance setting that is usually loud.
Requirements
- High school graduate.
- Ability to read, write, and understand spoken and written English.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to give verbal and written direction to assigned staff.
- Must have safety-toe boots or shoes.
- Must have basic hand tools and a drill/driver.
Nice To Haves
- Some college and/or technical school.
- Avionics experience.
