About The Position

Inspect, report malfunctions, and make repairs to equipment and physical facilities.

Requirements

• HS/GED required.
• Training and experience in health-care environment equipment and utilities required.
• Six years experience or comparable combination of education and experience in general and preventive maintenance required.
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standard exists.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
• Possess working knowledge of codes, standards, and ordinances with the ability to make practical interpretation and application in the physical environment and daily maintenance operations.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and maintain a safe driving record.
