About The Position

Duties vary within production. Duties include but not limited to opening meat, de-boxing, carrying boxes, moving product through production area. Manuel transfer of meat, moving equipment, making boxes, possible operation of basic processing equipment. May include some basic sanitation duties.

  • Ability to adjust to sudden changes in customer demands

  • Ability to be trained and learn new skills
  • Heavy lifting activities
  • Standing, walking and reaching are regular activities
  • Ability to touch, feel, manipulate fingers and limbs to operate various processing and material handling equipment
  • Ability to smell is required, in order to detect levels of wholesomeness and spoilage
  • Must be in refrigerated processing and warehouse areas
  • Exposure to moving machinery and sharp surfaces are a regular occurrence
  • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States
