About The Position

Kowalski Companies is a family-owned business that utilizes a civic business model focused on sustainability and building strong relationships with customers and employees. We are seeking individuals passionate about meat and seafood to join our team. In this role, you will learn to assist customers at our meat service counter, stock meat and seafood products, and explore various cooking techniques. You will also receive a 20% discount on high-quality American-raised meat.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Flexible schedule
• Available for 20-29 hours per week
• Available to work shifts including 1 PM - 9 PM
• Open availability Monday - Sunday ideal
• Must have weekend and holiday availability
• Comfortable speaking to customers in an energetic and helpful manner
• Interest in meat product knowledge

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in working with food
• Food-handling experience
