This role supports the Meat & Seafood Department Manager in leading the team, ensuring guests feel welcome, and the department looks its best. The Meat & Seafood Lead will work alongside the team and manager, providing teaching and coaching, solving problems, and stepping in as acting manager when needed. This role reports to the Department Manager and embodies a culture of leadership, hospitality, excellence, and teamwork. Previous meat-cutting experience, including the use of knives, grinders, and meat saws, is preferred.
