About The Position
We are excited to announce an opening for our new NMK Meat Production Clerk position, which will be based at the NMK Meat Room located at Food 4 Less in Woodland! This team will produce high-quality products that support all Nugget Market locations and contribute to providing fresh, consistent offerings companywide. We are looking for candidates with a positive attitude, a strong sense of urgency, and a focus on quality and safety. Individual associate hourly rates are based on factors including experience, location, and length of employment.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have intermediate knife skills and basic math skills, as well as the ability to read and follow recipes accurately.
- Must be able to work in cold environments, including extended periods (up to 6–8 hours per shift) in walk-in coolers.
Responsibilities
- Processing, marinating, seasoning, and packaging bulk quantities of beef, chicken, and pork, as well as sausage making.
- Work with large-scale equipment designed for high-volume production.
