The Meat Prep Operator is responsible for supplying frozen meat to the factory using a forklift, ensuring timely delivery in accordance with production requirements and safety protocols. This role operates and changes equipment including the Haarslev, meat screws, grinders, grinder plates and bunkers. The operator also processes meat according to recipe requirements, assists with system start-up and shutdown activities, and performs cleaning, inspection, and lubrication (CIL) tasks while complying with quality and food safety standards.
