In this role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of meat operations—from cutting and merchandising to inventory control and food safety. You’ll manage a team, ensure proper product rotation and storage, and maintain a clean, organized workspace that reflects our high standards. Whether you’re assisting a customer with a special cut or mentoring staff on best practices, you’ll be perfecting the art of fresh every day.

Requirements
