About The Position

The Meat Food Clerk delivers remarkable customer service by providing customers with product knowledge, efficient service, and a friendly attitude. The role involves a variety of retail tasks related to products, customer service, and merchandising in Meijer’s Fresh departments. The clerk helps create a fresh, welcoming, and well-run store experience by maintaining product displays, stocking and merchandising products, using technology, and following food safety and quality procedures. The role may involve work across Meat, Seafood, Bakery, Deli, Produce, and Grocery, as well as other tasks needed to keep store operations running smoothly.
