About The Position

The Meat and Seafood Team Member helps The Fresh Market deliver extraordinary everyday eating by providing excellent guest service and supporting work across store departments, including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End. The role includes helping guests find products and meal solutions, maintaining product and weekly-ad knowledge, merchandising and stocking items, gathering shopping carts, and assisting with housekeeping. The position pays $17.85–$18.62 per hour and requires a flexible schedule that may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Passion for providing extraordinary service.
• At least 16 years of age.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, days, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to learn their wants and needs and help them create meal solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items throughout the store.
• Work across departments to assist guests.
• Merchandise and stock products and specialty items throughout the day.
• Assist nearby guests while merchandising and stocking.
• Gather shopping carts from the parking lot.
• Assist with general housekeeping duties throughout the store.
• Present oneself professionally, including adhering to uniform standards.
