About the Role Kard's data team has built a strong measurement foundation and automated much of the repeatable work. Now we need someone senior enough to own what can't be automated: the high-stakes customer conversations where nuance, credibility, and judgment determine outcomes. As Measurement Lead, you’ll be the person our sales and account team turns to when a merchant has questions about their campaign results, when an issuer needs to understand impression attribution, or when the data doesn’t tell a clear story. This is a hands-on senior role. You'll write SQL, dig into dashboards, and investigate data questions directly — because we've built the data org around automation and engineering, not manual analyst headcount, and this work calls for someone with the judgment to match. Reporting to the CTO, you'll sit at the intersection of Data Science, Analytics Engineering, Product, and GTM, and you'll carry the field's voice back to the teams building our measurement products.
