About The Position

We’re hiring a Measurement Analyst, Commerce & Retail Media to lead the measurement, reporting, and performance analysis of Wonderbrands’ digital media and retail media investments. As retail media and commerce marketing continue to grow, organizations must move beyond basic reporting and develop a rigorous measurement discipline that connects media investment to measurable business outcomes such as sales growth, incrementality, and return on advertising spend. This role will bring together performance data from multiple sources including retail media platforms, digital media channels, and internal business data to develop a clear view of how media is driving growth across Wonderbrands’ portfolio. Reporting to the Media & Digital Lead, the Measurement Analyst will be responsible for developing dashboards, reporting frameworks, and analytical insights that support smarter decision-making across media, digital shelf, and shopper marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with complex datasets, with the ability to translate performance data into clear insights that help drive marketing and business decisions. Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, digital media analytics, or performance measurement.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to work with large datasets.
  • Experience analyzing digital marketing or ecommerce performance data.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerBI and similar data visualization tools.
  • Experience building reports, dashboards, and performance frameworks.
  • Ability to translate data insights into clear business recommendations.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights to non-technical stakeholders and senior leadership teams across various functions.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in CPG, retail, ecommerce, or digital marketing environments.
  • Familiarity with retail media and performance marketing measurement frameworks.
  • Experience working with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Understanding of digital marketing metrics including ROAS, attribution models, and conversion tracking.
  • Experience integrating data from multiple marketing platforms into unified reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the measurement and performance analysis of Wonderbrands’ digital and retail media investments.
  • Consolidating performance data across multiple media platforms including retail media networks, search platforms, and digital channels.
  • Developing standardized KPIs to evaluate campaign performance across channels.
  • Tracking key performance metrics including ROAS, cost-per-click, conversion rates, share of search, and sales impact.
  • Evaluating campaign performance across different retailers and platforms to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Supporting the evaluation of retail media investments against defined business objectives.
  • Build and maintain reporting frameworks that provide clear visibility into media performance across the organization.
  • Developing dashboards that bring together media performance data across retail media platforms and digital channels.
  • Creating regular performance reports including weekly, monthly, and campaign-level summaries.
  • Ensuring reporting frameworks are consistent, reliable, and easy for internal stakeholders to interpret.
  • Supporting the development of automated reporting where possible to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Translate campaign data into insights that help optimize marketing investments and drive business growth.
  • Identifying trends and patterns in campaign performance.
  • Providing recommendations to improve media efficiency and ROI.
  • Conducting deeper analysis on campaign performance to identify drivers of success or underperformance.
  • Supporting test-and-learn initiatives to evaluate new media tactics and optimization strategies.
  • Support the development of a measurement framework that connects media investment to incremental business outcomes.
  • Working with internal teams to assess the incremental impact of retail media investments.
  • Supporting analysis of sales performance linked to media campaigns.
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of promotional and media support across retailers in collaboration with Sales.
  • Helping develop frameworks to measure how media investments influence category growth and brand share.
