About The Position

Everyday Health Consumer is seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented Analyst, Media Measurement and Performance to join our Performance team. In this role, you will be an integral part of our media measurement, optimization and insights operation, ensuring our partners understand the true impact of their investment. Reporting directly to the GPV, Performance, you will serve as a bridge between complex data and actionable strategy. You will collaborate closely with Strategic Operations, Performance Operations, Ad Ops, Programmatic, and Sales teams to provide a 360-degree view of campaign success.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in data analytics, ideally within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or digital media space.
  • Demonstrated understanding of pharma-specific measurement solutions (Crossix, IQVIA, etc.) and digital advertising metrics (CTR, VCR, Viewability, etc.).
  • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, Advanced Formulas) for analysis.
  • Ability to distill complex data points into clear, concise insights for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Social Sciences, Business Analytics) or equivalent experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with building and navigating data visualization dashboards (such as Domo, Tableau, Looker, or Power BI) is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Performance Monitoring: Actively monitor daily and weekly performance across a diverse portfolio of pharma and CPG campaigns, identifying trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Measurement Integration: Synthesize data from third-party measurement partners and internal datasets to evaluate a comprehensive set of performance KPIs including audience quality and script lift.
  • Insight Generation: Transform raw data into compelling narratives and visualizations that demonstrate campaign ROI and health outcomes.
  • Sales Support: Act as a subject matter expert for the Sales team, answering technical questions regarding performance and helping to craft data-driven stories for client renewals and wrap-deck presentations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with various internal teams such as AdOps and Programmatic to facilitate optimal performance and measurement setups.
  • Operational Excellence: Support Strategic Enablement and Performance Operations in streamlining reporting workflows and automating recurring performance dashboards.
