This role is responsible for assembling meals into trays with accuracy, consistency, and attention to quality, ensuring each dish meets standards for portioning, presentation, and overall customer experience. Requirements

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen or production environment
Strong attention to detail and consistency
Ability to follow instructions and standardized processes
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Comfortable standing for long periods and performing repetitive tasks

Nice To Haves

Food handling experience is a plus
Proficiency with Spanish is a plus

Responsibilities

Plate meals into trays according to recipe and portion specifications
Work with portioning equipment & technology
Follow detailed instructions for different menu items and dietary requirements
Verify that each meal meets quality and visual standards before moving forward
Check for correct ingredients, portions, and labeling
Remove and flag any items that do not meet standards
Work efficiently to meet daily production goals and timelines
Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workstation
Restock ingredients and supplies as needed during shifts
Work closely with kitchen staff and supervisors to keep production running smoothly
Communicate any issues, delays, or supply needs in real time
